Team, I can’t think of a better way of how we try to run our company, Drexel.

“Eyes on the horizon,

feet where you are,

navigating what’s in between

with courage, hope, authenticity,

What does that mean to us?

Eyes on the Horizon.

We have a vision, we are going places.  We are changing everything we do … always!  In the knowledge that we must always get better.

Feet where you are.

Be present.  Make someone’s day TODAY.  Be in the moment.  Do the incredibly routine incredibly well!

Navigating what’s in between with courage, hope, authenticity, and Jesus.

We do that with courage (faith in each other and the plan), hope (optimism!) authenticity (be yourself!) and Jesus… yes God has a plan and loves you, even at work!
